Refund Policy

Dash Technology understands the importance of choosing the right product for your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply return the merchandise to us within 14 days of delivery of the product with a valid sales receipt, and we will refund your purchase. But the product/s you want to refund must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you Your refund will be processed by the same method of payment from your original purchase. Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Dash Technology is not responsible for product defect or damage, property damage or lost labor costs due to faulty installation. Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation as use will constitute acceptance. Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.

In a case arises where a customer is not totally fulfilled by our products or services, we can give a refunds which takes 30 working days where we prepare in the customer’s account either by credit transfer through the bank account.All refund related query will be answered within 14 days.


Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before delivery is penalty free. But, once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, we will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs. Customers willing to cancel the order can easily do the same.
